Luis Elizondo is a former US Army Counterintelligence Special Agent and ran the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). He resigned in 2017 to draw attention to UAP and has since become one of the most prominent voices in the disclosure movement.
